Visitor Information - General Info

Because patients need their rest, visitors are asked to adhere to visiting hours. The policy permits only two visitors at one time. Visitors must also be at least 12 years old, although exceptions are made.

Visiting hours are as follows:

Medical and Surgery Unit	11a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Pediatric Unit	11a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Parents are welcome any time.
Coronary Care Unit Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Intensive Care Unit	Only immediate family permitted. Hours are unrestricted as patient's condition permits.
Women's Services Unit	11a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Fathers and support persons are welcome.

Parking
Free parking for visitors is available in the Visitors Parking Area in front of the hospital's main entrance.

Food Service
Courtyard (Located in Main Lobby): Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed weekends and holidays.
Cafeteria (Located on lower level): Daily, 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.; 1:30-3:30 a.m.
Patient meals: 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Vending
Main Lobby, open 24 hours daily.

Telephones
Pay phones are available in the Main Lobby and in the Out-Patient Lobby, Medical Tower 4.

Smoking
Wheeling Hospital is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited - indoors and outdoors - at all facilities owned by Wheeling Hospital.

ATM
An ATM Machine is located in the Out-Patient Lobby, Medical Tower 4.

Gift Shoppe
Located off the Main Lobby
9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday
11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday
