Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Open House

The purpose of this open house is to introduce individuals to a six-week program on stress reduction. The program is designed to help you acquire skills to cope with everyday stresses that influence your life. While it is impossible to directly control all the stress-producing situations, gaining the ability to cope is very much within our control. There is no charge,but registration is required by calling the Community Education and Outreach Department at 304-243-3339.
