Fundraiser Benefits Cardiac Rehab Program

October 27, 2017

Cara Burdine, left, is a two-time “graduate” of Wheeling Hospital’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, after having undergone successful treatment at the hospital’s Emergency/Trauma Center and Cardiac Catheterization Lab. As a way to give back to the program, she and Gary and Melissa Knight of Scooter’s Bar in Glencoe organized the recent Scooter’s Poker Run. All the proceeds were donated to the Cardiac Rehab Program to help other patients. With Burdine, from left, are rehab RN Christine Wallace; Gary and Melissa Knight.
