Queen of Hearts Honored at Heart and Soul Event

Jo Anna Appenzeller of Martins Ferry was named Wheeling Hospital’s Queen of Hearts at the recent second annual Heart and Soul event celebrating women survivors of heart disease. The free event was open to area women who survived heart, heart valve and vascular disease. More than 100 attendees enjoyed food, refreshments, a basket raffle, door prizes and gifts.
