HCH Foundation, Cancer Crusaders Benefit from Blues for a Cure

August 23, 2019

Harrison Community Hospital (HCH) has once again received a generous donation thanks to the proceeds from this year’s 8th Annual Sean Carney’s Blues for a Cure concert. Each year, the musical event raises funds to benefit the HCH Foundation and the Harrison County Cancer Crusaders. From there, funds are then allocated to Harrison County individuals or families who are in need while battling cancer. This year the concert raised $18,300. With the check, from left, are: featured artists for next year’s concert, Matt and Eryn O’Ree of the Matt O’Ree Band; event organizer and President Mark Puskarich; HCH Medical Director Dr. Dan Jones; HCH Administrator Tony Martinelli; and HCH Nursing Director Darla Kuri.
