Triplets Make Entrance at Wheeling Hospital

January 17, 2020

Wheeling Hospital welcomed its third set of triplets in a year on Jan. 9. Proud parents Kayla and Sean Vannest of Moundsville were surprised with the arrival of two boys and one girl, as they originally expected to deliver two girls and one boy. Making the delivery even more special is that grandma Dawn Vannest, Wheeling Hospital’s chief medical technologist, now shares the same birthday with her new grandchildren. The babies are happy, healthy and should be on their way home in the next couple of weeks. Pictured are Sean and Kayla with their babies, from left, Maverick, Preston and Leighton.
