Filing Complaints

Wheeling Hospital Ambulatory Surgery Center, LLC, strives to meet, in a quality manner, the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each patient. The goal is to help patients achieve as complete and timely a recovery as possible based on their particular conditions.

Patients who, for some reason, believe they have not received adequate services or have concerns about patient safety are encouraged to let the hospital know how they might be better served, now and in the future. Patients may contact the Patient Advocate Coordinator at 304-243-7158.

If contacting the Patient Advocate Coordinator does not address concerns satisfactorily, patients may contact the Quality Management Office at 304-243-5342.
