What is CrossFit?

CrossFit can be defined as a constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness program.


CrossFit optimizes physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains. They include cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, muscular power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

Is CrossFit for me?

CrossFit is for everyone. Our workouts are scaled based on the individual's ability. We scale the workload and intensity of each exercise for all participants.

At CrossFit 26003, our training staff designs each class to obtain optimal physical fitness. Our staff consists of exercise physiologists who have been certified as CrossFit Level 1 Trainers. Our trainers will be instructing proper exercise techniques and movements. They are committed to helping each participant reach his or her fitness goals.

Class Schedule

Monday 6:15 a.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday 6:15 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday 6:15 a.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.
Thursday 6:15 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m.

*** A beginner's introductory class will be held Monday through Thursday from 5 to 5:30 pm for those new to CrossFit. Four (4) introductory classes will be needed to move on to the regular class schedule.
